I disagree. Belle is totally Hufflepuff. The core value of her story is that she is able to look past the exterior and love the Beast for who he is and now what he is. She is kind and supremely loyal to her father who everyone else thinks is bonkers, but she encourages him and stands by him. She sacrifices herself for him to become a prisoner and then while living it up in an enchanted castle when the Beast returns her kindness, she still is only thinking about her father instead of herself. When she finds out he is sick, she again sacrifices the lavish life she dreamed of living to take care of him. No doubt, Belle is a Puff.

Nah, Belle is a Gryffindor. Sure, she loves books, but she reads to have ADVENTURE. She doesn’t choose books and learning above other things. She wants adventure in the great wide somewhere and stands up to the Beast and to Gaston.
